Data Manager Terms Of Reference

A4HU would like to recruit a Data Manager for the Program Coordination Unit (PCU) on behalf of the TeamUp Uganda. 

The Data Manger will be the focal person for the implementation, management, and coordination of a mobile-based CommCare application. After an initial training by an external app developer, he/she will actively support the app development and oversee the roll-out of the system including user trainings. Throughout the project duration, he/she will be responsible for data management and analysis, data quality control, technical backstopping, and continuous system adaptations. The data management position will be part of the M&E department of the PCU and will require close collaboration with M&E and Programme management in Germany and Uganda.
