Number of Positions : 01
Position Purpose:
To provide comprehensive coordination and monitoring of all HR matters and providing clerical administrative support for dedicated areas of the business.
Job description
- Making sure that all staff recruitment request forms are signed by all relevant authorities and are put into the employee staff file.
- Co-ordinating the interview process and where required participating in the selected interviews as a panel member as guided by the Group HR Manager.
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads, and managing the hiring process as guided by the Group HR Manager
- Opening files for new employees and following up on completion of expected file requirements.
- Preparing and issuing offer letters for new employees after reviewing by the Group HR Manager.
- Developing training and development programs.
- Assisting in performance management processes.
- Supporting the management of disciplinary and grievance issues.
- Managing salaries and benefit’s administration.
- Conducting an effective and end-to-end Onboarding program for new hires and internal transfers and promotions.
- Providing regular HR update emails to keep the organization informed of HR activities
- Capturing all bio data information of new employees into the ERP system.
- Managing employee data in the applicable HRIS
- Updating the ERP data daily with all employee file related changes
- Managing employee welfare.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Monitoring the utilization and request for office stationery.
- Updating the leave tracker.
- Providing counselling on policies and procedures.
- Taking minutes during meetings and disciplinary hearing sessions as guided by the Group HR Manager
- Ensure that any other duty assigned by Management is executed to Management expectations
Skills
- High level of administrative, and organizational skills.
- Record management knowledge
- Working knowledge and experience of relevant HR issuesr
- Good working knowledge of HR policies and practices
- Excellent computer Skills..
