We are looking for a professionally confident, self-motivated individual, who is also a committed team player to strengthen our staff capacity by filling the following vacant position.

Job Title: Institutional Business Manager

No. of position(s): 01

 

Major Activities/Tasks:

1. Develop and implement strategies to drive sales numbers in institutions like government agencies and NGOs

2. Lookout for institutional business contracts.

3. Build and sustain long-term partnerships with the institutions.

4. Achieve institutional business target by managing order inflow and timely order dispatches.

5. Maintain up-to-date technical documents required for the bidding process.

6. Take ownership of the tender documentation process (local or International).

7. Be the reference point for any Public Market enquiry.

8. Work together with the Business Lead for market access initiatives within Uganda Government, Semi-Government, and NGO segments.

 

Qualification:

Bachelor of Pharmacy

Work Experience

Minimum 5+years of professional working experience.

Prior experience with cross-functional government projects or NGOs is an added advantage.

Skills / Other Personal Attributes Required:

Strong communication and presentation skills.

Ability to work well with a variety of people at all levels of the organization.

Demonstrated ability in business acumen.

Computer knowledge (proficiency in MS Office).

Self-starter, flexible, and able to work well under pressure at work.
