JOB TITLE: CHEMIST – MATERIAL MIXING SPECIALIST

Committed to innovation and excellence, we are seeking a skilled and motivated Chemist to join our team and contribute expertise to the material mixing processes crucial for manufacturing top-notch plastic pipes.

 

JOB SUMMARY:

As a Chemist specializing in Material Mixing for Plastic Pipe Production, you will be instrumental in ensuring the precise formulation and blending of materials to meet the stringent quality standards required for HDPE and PVC pipes. Your role will involve optimizing material compositions, enhancing production efficiency, and contributing to the advancement of our plastic pipe manufacturing processes.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

1. MATERIAL FORMULATION: Develop and optimize material formulations for plastic production, considering performance, cost, and sustainability factors.

2. QUALITY ASSURANCE: Conduct thorough testing and analysis of materials to ensure compliance with industry standards and internal specifications.

3. PROCESS OPTIMIZATION: Implement and refine mixing processes to enhance efficiency and product quality.

4. COLLABORATION: Work closely with production, and quality control teams to address challenges, troubleshoot issues, and drive continuous improvement.

5. DOCUMENTATION: Maintain accurate and detailed records of experiments, formulations, and results.

 

QUALIFICATIONS:

1. Bachelor’s  in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.

2. Proven experience in material mixing, preferably in the plastic industry.

3. Strong analytical skills and proficiency in laboratory techniques.

4. Familiarity with quality control processes and standards.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills.

6. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

 

PREFERRED SKILLS:

1. Experience with statistical analysis tools.

2. Knowledge of polymer science and plastic processing.

3. Familiarity with regulatory requirements in the plastic industry.
