We are looking for a  Yamalube Sales Executive M/F   based :  Uganda


Job Description:

Job Responsibilities 

  • Achievement of targets;Prospecting for Yamalube Business
    ● Customer Needs Analysis & maintain customer relationships
    ● Selling the Yamalube oil & benefits
    ● Follow up through sales processes from prospecting to delivery
    ● Customer updates and timely follow up of all transactions
    ● Debtor management & timely collection
    ● Attend to customer inquiries & complaints & respond promptly as per the requests
    ● Ensure customer satisfaction
    ● Tender Sales Management & ensure timely submission
    ● New customer acquisition & retention of the existing customers
    ● Customer Data base management (Maintain accurate & clean data base)
    Self Development
    ● Respond to all customer inquiries received from any media platform within 24 hours
    ● Any duties as may be assigned from time to time

Job Purpose 

To achieve sales plan and create a customer delight culture through effective management and development of the Yamalube Sales

 Job Requirements

  • Degree or Diploma in any Business related discipline.
    • One years’ experience in a Sales role in the automotive industry or related industry
    • Valid Driver’s/ Rider’s license
