Job Description :

Key Job Responsibilities

□ Achieve sales targets for Yamaha workshop services through effectively servicing customer’s motorcycles as per service menus□ Carry out pre-delivery inspection on all new motorcycles prior to delivery
□ Provide quality workmanship through fixing customer motorcycles right the first time in order to avoid repeat jobs.
□ Accurate identification of motorcycle faults, parts that need replacement and proper fitment of motorcycle parts
□ Manage his/her performance through active identification of training needs & participation in available training & development programs
□ Timely and accurate communication of motorcycle defects through preparation & submitting of defect reports to supervisor.
□ Respond to & handle customer complaints promptly through addressing all repeat jobs brought to his attention to ensure maximum customer satisfaction.
□ Proper management of all technical tools & equipment allocated to you at all times to avoid accidents and wastage.
□ Adhere to Toyota standards by carefully handling customer motorcycle & tools to avoid damages and losses.

Job Purpose

To ensure that all customer motorcycles are fixed right the first time and hence achieving service throughput and revenue targets as well as customer satisfaction.

Job Requirements

  • One year’s experience in Technical works
    • Motor Vehicle/ motorcycle Technician Diploma/ Certificate
