Job Description :
Job Responsibilities
- Stocking In company Products to EFRIS
2. Accurately issue e_invoices on EFRIS as and when invoices are produced on the company’s ERP.
3. Accurately issue e_credit /debit notes on EFRIS as and when need arises.
4. Daily download of reports from EFRIS for invoices issued and liaise with accountant general ledger for reconciliations with SAP.
5. Maintain a folder for invoices issued on EFRIS and reports generated.
6. Keep a central place for Efris invoice hardcopies to be used by customer interface people as and when a need arises.
